If, for any reason, your selection does not meet your expectations, our refined return policy is designed to offer a seamless and sophisticated resolution.
1. The Scentro Inspection Privilege We believe in transparency. Upon delivery, you are invited to inspect your package to ensure its pristine condition.
- Sealed Fragrances: To preserve the purity and integrity of our perfumes, the protective seal (cellophane) must remain intact for a return to be eligible.
- Peace of Mind: This allows you to verify the authenticity and packaging before finalizing your purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (No. 181 of 2018) and our standards of hygiene:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and flawless condition (the security seal must be unbroken).
- Fragrances that have been opened or tested cannot be returned, ensuring that every Scentro client receives a brand-new, untouched bottle.
3. Our Commitment to Quality (Defects & Errors) If your order arrives damaged or is not the scent you selected, Scentro assumes full responsibility.
- Complimentary Resolution: We will arrange a priority exchange or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Please notify our Concierge within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the defect to expedite the process.
4. Financial Integrity (Refunds)
- Electronic Payments: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: We offer a store credit for your next signature scent or a bank/wallet transfer upon request.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for "Change of Mind" returns.
5. Promotional Collections Items purchased during exclusive private sales or as part of a bundle are eligible for exchange only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
